My husband and I work from home and had to call off, neighbors are having a similar issue…their wifi works but keeps dropping and their television keeps freezing. Stay far away from Xfinity, Verizon is about to get some new customers.

They tried to scheme her by telling her to pay for the old phone and you get the new phone free. Only to her pay for all existing phones on her account. Then have her pay in full for a new phone. Tha fully my credit card caught the deception. Now they are looking at credit card fraud because I didnt authorize all these charges!
