    Customer service tried to take advantage of my fiancee. Because I was getting lunch at a store next door. They tried to scheme her by telling her to pay for the old phone and you get the new phone free. Only to her pay for all existing phones on her account. Then have her pay in full for a new phone. Tha fully my credit card caught the deception. Now they are looking at credit card fraud because I didnt authorize all these charges!

    Customer service was friendly and efficient. I turned in my old modem. I was issued a receipt so I could prove that I turned it in.

    Service was great, BUT I wanted to buy a WiFi extender and they couldn’t take any form of payment (card or cash) so they couldn’t sell it to me. Told me I would have to go to another store. Oh the irony!

    For employees 5 stars 0 for xfinity company I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the Xfinity internet service I have received over the past three years. The service is consistently unreliable, with frequent outages occurring at least once a week, severely impacting my ability to work from home and meet deadlines. Despite my extensive efforts to resolve these issues—including over 100 complaints, six modem replacements, and multiple visits from technicians—the problems persist without a lasting solution. The most frustrating aspect of this experience is the lack of meaningful support from customer service. After so many complaints, I am still directed to perform the same basic troubleshooting steps, such as restarting the modem, rather than having agents investigate my history or escalate the issue. It is unacceptable that I continue to be charged for a service that is fundamentally broken. Furthermore, I am deeply frustrated that my property does not allow other internet providers. If Xfinity is unable to provide a reliable service, they should not prevent residents from seeking alternatives. Please no need to reply on this review. Because i have complained two time over there. Still no solution.
