And the 1st couple of months, it was fine. Bill was what it was supposed to be. I got phones in August we are in December and Phone Bills are $500. I CALLED NO ONE CAN EXPLAIN THE CHARGES. AND NO ONE CAN HELP ME. I TALK TO LIKE 3 WORKERS AND 1 SUPERVISOR AND NO ONE CAN EXPLAIN OR DO ANYTHING. I TOLD THEM I WILL BE RETURNING THE PHONES AND THEY SAID I CANT. 30 DAY POLICY. BUT IF I SIGNED UP TO PAY A CERTAIN AMOUNT! THATS WHAT IT SHOULD BE. AND MY PHONES ARE OFF THE DAY AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE! PLEASE DO NOT DO NOT GET VERIZON!!!!!! NOW MY CREDIT IS MESSED UP! NO ONE WANTS TO HELP WE ARE IN DECEMBER AND BILL IS ALMOST $1000.

We came in ready to buy and she didn’t know anything about discounts or current pricing. She then pulled out her personal phone and ignored us. Shame, they could have had a sale.

I was less than impressed that it took a couple of minutes for a staff member to get up and ask if they could help (no other customers in the store), and they weren't sure how returns worked. Oh, well.
