We have had experiences with xfinity across from the mall on Hooper. They are a horror show. Rude, dismissive, and no patience for us older techno eliterits. GO!! To Brick my friends, ask for Emily!!

The staff were extremely professional and they helped us navigate this process effortlessly. They programmed our new phones with no loss of existing apps and gave us a tutorial to help with the new technology. The experience was wonderful, timely and they even reprogrammed my smart watch to link with new phone. The Manager and his staff are second to none. Great experience 👍

I can't say enough about the great service that I received the worker Josh Pears at the Brick location. He spent the time with me making certain that my account was properly cancelled and showed extreme patience answering my questions. Josh was great.
