Trying to reach support by phone or their AI assistant was completely useless. I went to this store in person, and they refused to take the phone back — said I had to contact Xfinity Mobile directly. After two days and seven calls, I still had no way to return the device. The store was completely unhelpful and offered zero solutions. If I could give zero stars, I would. Once I finally get this phone returned, I’m done with Xfinity and switching to Google Fi.
