    Was here this Saturday and last Saturday for about 2-3 hours while working on switching phones. My family was with the assistant manager Angel and he was amazing!!! He was so helpful, kind, and easily multitasked between my family and other customers. This Saturday we had him again and once more was AMAZING!! He has a great sense of humor not only with us but other customers. 10/10 will be back

    I have been to the Seabrook Xfinity several times over the past few years,each time the customer service was not great but my last visit was the worst experience. I went in to the store on a Sunday about 15 minutes before closing and stated that I was aware they were closing but thought I could pick out a phone quickly. The representative that helped me was locked in on a movie that he was watching. Through my whole time trying to purchase a phone he kept watching the movie. I asked for a receipt and he said it would be emailed I have never received. I have continued to be charged for my old phone and have services on my phone that I didn't ask for. I drive to Danves Xfinity store now can't go back to Seabrook. Staff needs more training. Awful experience as usual

    Ericka was amazing to work with!!! She was very kind, knowledgeable and professional!! I would recommend her to everyone!! :)

    Thumbs up to Angel, the assistant store manager. He was very patient and knowledgeable to answer our questions. This store has probably the best customer service compared to the one in Portsmouth.
