angel from this store is awesome!!! i had a horrible horrible experience with xfinity customer service chat and phone agents and angel totally turned the experience around for us - i was without wifi for 4 days and nobody seemed to offer solution other than angel. we were back up and running in less then 20 mins. thank you angel!! ð

The only reason I am staying with xfinity is because of the service from Alex and the Bald gentlemen I received on 12/3/2025. Being a longterm platinum member of Xfinity I have experienced nothing but problems over the past year and more with Xfinity connections and service! Knowing that I can pop in to the store and get actual help with devices and upgrades is the only reason I would choose to stay with this company after more than 13 years. Alex and her coworker resolved my problem and got me connected to my mobile service after more than 2 hours of nightmare technical dysfunction with the xfinity chat trying to resolve on my own. I am still looking to explore options to leave xfinity, however, knowing Alex and ðĻâðĶē are there at Seabrook is the tether keeping me!!! They deserve a huge bonus as in the hour I was there, I watched them resolve major issues for two other customers! I believe this is probably a daily occurrence for them! XFINITY IS THE WORST!!! I realize this is a 3rd party retailer for Xfinity, however, they are lucky they have them.

Was here this Saturday and last Saturday for about 2-3 hours while working on switching phones. My family was with the assistant manager Angel and he was amazing!!! He was so helpful, kind, and easily multitasked between my family and other customers. This Saturday we had him again and once more was AMAZING!! He has a great sense of humor not only with us but other customers. 10/10 will be back
