Was in the store for 45 minutes waiting unattended after two employees finished with there customers seeing they had 4 other people waiting both the ladies in the store go in the back for 15 minutes its now an hr i been waiting the second i leave and get in the car they come back out i was enraged and then seeing they are 2.5 stars speaks for itself they need a efficient manager in that store.

When I call, people in India answer I’ve talked to 20 different representatives they do not help me so here I am 60 minutes on hold waiting for a supervisor because they refused to help me in the store. DO NOT SWITCH TO XFINITY MOBILE ITS BEEN A NIGHTMARE

Gea, the manager, and her staff were friendly, helpful, and did everything they could to set me up. Not an easy task , as there was a mix up created at the other location. GREAT MULTI TASKING....I suggest making an appointment, as it tends to get busy, and they could use more help. So, obviously when you walk in late on a Saturday without one...you will probably have to wait.. Be patient.. Moving forward I will only go to this location.
