Huge shoutout to Austin for the awesome help! It’s always frustrating trying to deal with customer service over the phone, but being able to walk into a store and get things resolved in person makes a huge difference. The people here are a big reason I stick with Xfinity.
- OOONov 5, 20251.0Comcast came out to do work near the business park I work in and gave less than 24 hours notice during *business hours*. Our phone lines were down, our internet was out, and as a medical facility we were unable to access patient charts or call 911 in case of an emergency. Their email from the night before even stated this. It was a huge inconvenience, they should not be doing maintenance in an area that is predominantly businesses on a Tuesday during usual working hours.
