They increased my internet bill from $30 to $75 and then when I called in they said they would only increase it to $45, then when I got the bill, it was $65. They lied the whole time, shame on the way they do business. You cannot lie to customers like that, they said there was also senior citizen discount and there's absolutely no 'senior citizen' discount available either. These are a bunch of crooks, Ive spent so much time talking with the customer service and "loyalty team", what about all the wasted time and energy dealing with them. Shame on you Xfinity!

They take money out of my finances account every month, even though we haven't had their service in almost a year, and when we call, they refund only a partial amount. This month they overdrew our account a substantial amount to us, and are only giving us half back which doesn't even cover the cost of the over draw fee from the bank. We've called numerous times to fix whatever they think needs fixing and it always seems to be solved. But here we are again with Xfinity stealing from our account, again. I implore anyone who decides to use this deplorable, greedy, company to look elsewhere. There's a multitude of other options that serve their customers better.

My wife and I stopped in on a Friday afternoon with no expectations, but to see if we might be able to lower our internet payment and find a discount on new phones. João was personable, informative and did not push any high pressure sales tactics. We walked out with two new phones and a lower payment on our internet. Would definitely work with João again, thank you!

I was very cut amd clear about settling this internally before opening a civil claim/lawsuit. They've been sued before for this exact issue, yet they refuse to fix the issue. Class action lawsuit it is. Don't waste your time with xfinity or any of their affiliates.
