They increased my internet bill from $30 to $75 and then when I called in they said they would only increase it to $45, then when I got the bill, it was $65. They lied the whole time, shame on the way they do business. You cannot lie to customers like that, they said there was also senior citizen discount and there's absolutely no 'senior citizen' discount available either. These are a bunch of crooks, Ive spent so much time talking with the customer service and "loyalty team", what about all the wasted time and energy dealing with them. Shame on you Xfinity!
