Asked where to get it I was told to go to the Xfinity store near me. Got to the store to be told the do not have any and I needed to go to Best Buy to get one. At Best Buy, when I told the guy who was helping me what I needed and expected what the cord looks like, I was told that I didn't need an adapter, because it plugs in to the wall! Not a good feeling that they know what they are doing.

They made me do a 30-minute live video support call, said it was fixed, but the store staff still couldn’t see it and wanted me to do another call. After wasting an hour on something so simple, I switched to another carrier. Much happier now. Total waste of time and money avoid if you can.
