I was having a problem connecting WiFi. Chatting with the representatives from Xfinity, I was told that I needed a adapter for the Wifi. Asked where to get it I was told to go to the Xfinity store near me. Got to the store to be told the do not have any and I needed to go to Best Buy to get one.
At Best Buy, when I told the guy who was helping me what I needed and expected what the cord looks like, I was told that I didn't need an adapter, because it plugs in to the wall! Not a good feeling that they know what they are doing.

Terrible customer service. I went in to switch my line to an eSIM, and somehow they “couldn’t find” my line in their system even though I was actively using it. They made me do a 30-minute live video support call, said it was fixed, but the store staff still couldn’t see it and wanted me to do another call. After wasting an hour on something so simple, I switched to another carrier. Much happier now. Total waste of time and money avoid if you can.

Great location as you don't have to go into mall. Only knock is the reception kiosk faces the mall entrance and not the outdoor entrance.
Experience was great! Quick return of a cable box. Brandon was awesome!

When you walk in, you'll notice an employee standing looking at their phone, yawning, generally loafing. This is the employee whose sole job is to check people in. They could be helping the large number of people in line on a given day, but no. They spend most of their time just standing there and looking bored.
The store manager will come out every once in a while from the back, see the backlog, then turn around and go back into the back of the store.
Bottom line, this store is the most hideously run store. Go somewhere else.

I'm not a fan of Xfinity as a whole because of the multiple problems we've had. However, this location definitely helped solve those. Mike went above and beyond to help us resolve our issues. At no point did we feel rushed. He not only answered all of of questions, but clarified everything so we would understand. The time he took to help is much appreciated, and if every Xfinity employee went about it the way he does, there would be quite a bit more 5 star reviews. Thanks Mike!
