    Today afternoon I went to the store to pay my bill, Bryan was so nice and super helpful, he answered all my questions, gave me informations and I paid my bill in short time. I recommend xfinity store in dover,the team is very friendly, thank you so much for all your work.

    (I normally don't write reviews but this was truly impressive) After 2 weeks of chasing Verizon for home internet, I decided to get setup with Xfinity and when I walked in, there was a line of 8 people (most of them being of the older generations) waiting. However, for whatever reason, James (manager) being the only one working on New Year's Eve. Being last in line, I was trying to distract myself for a while as sometime the older generations need more TLC with technology...after helping & solving each individual's issue, he got me setup with the necessities for home internet. I checked the time and in the past something like this to take 1-3 hours. It had been less than 23 minutes since I had physically *walked in*.

    I needed some help receiving calls and making them, as well as texting to an android phone. The manager worked on my phone, showed me how to open up the phone to reset the sim card. Very helpful but I was not sure if I could receive calls. I asked him to call me. He said "I can't, we don't have a phone here and I can't call from my personal cell." Basic rules of CS-its not you can't...you won't. I wanted to make sure it was fully functioning before I left, which is understandable. He kept telling me he can't. Folks, I am 70 on chemotherapy, which I told him. Did he really think I would do something solicitous, improper or insolent? Really? I asked a customer standing behind me who helped me. This store stays alive due to ratings. I will not be back and I strongly believe that this is an opportunity to teach RESPECTFUL client service, not how to rack up positive ratings. It's not all about how many five star reviews you have-its about a customer leaving the store fully satisfied. (and Dude, I had 30 employees in my business so I am not speaking blindly)

    The customer service I got from Evan was great! It was extremely uncomfortable when Sean began to argue with another employee in front of customers. Also there was another customer who was basically ignored while I was in there because his English wasn’t the best. Awkward!
