If you pay upfront for a phone, you will be charged monthly for their specials that they are giving you on your phone. This is a theft of service and they do not tell this up front. You find this out after you receive several bills and notice that they are charging you for a line that you have already paid the phone off for. Do not do business with this company because they are horrible. Their service is horrible. Their charges are horrible and their CEOs are horrible. I will never do business with this company again and I have been using them for over 20 years. The responses they give are beyond deplorable. Please everyone that has experienced this make a statement by letting everyone else know that you have also experience this Let us file a class action lawsuit against this company, so that other people never go through this again.
