I have had way better service and interactions from a contractor company for them. I also got my work phone number changed to a personal account with a contractor whwn a Verizon person could not. It was a simple 15 min process.

They have helped me on the phone, I have been there in person where one of the ladies even came out and helps me get my new phone program to the Bluetooth in my car because I was having issues it wouldn't accept it. So I would recommend the Wake Forest store to anybody and everybody it's the only store I go to. Let me just say thank you to everyone that has ever helped me in this store no matter how small or how complicated an issue I had..
