I was met by a rude employee saying the store was closed and I couldn’t come in. I advised that my girlfriend was in the store and she closed the door in my face as my girlfriend was coming to the door to talk to me.

I have had way better service and interactions from a contractor company for them. I also got my work phone number changed to a personal account with a contractor whwn a Verizon person could not. It was a simple 15 min process.
