I had quite the opposite experience actually, we were in and out in around 15 or so minutes and both my partner and I walked out with two brand new phones that we wanted and the same plan we had before that we wanted to stay on. The store wasn't too busy and we had someone help us as soon as we walked in. For reference, this was around 3pm on a Saturday. Overall I was very happy with my experience here and went back a couple of days later to purchase accessories for my phone.
