- PVPaola VelasquezSep 24, 20251.0DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE !!!Customer services here was the worst came in with my husband to transfer a line and add two new lines the sales person was very distant and treating us like criminals as well as the manager Molly Wright just because I was Hispanic, they went as far as flagging my husband for possible fraud, Thankfully we were able to call the fraud support line and confirm our identity, After that we decided to take our business to the Verizon in battleground ( amazing service at the battleground location) we were able to activate our 3 line.

We were fortunate enough to meet Angelina who was the sales rep who helped us. She was completely and utterly fantastic. Answered every question, got us the best deals she could, worked patiently through every inane question and clarification we had. By the time we left we were happy. When was the last time you left a Verizon, Best Buy, or similar and you were HAPPY?! Can’t say enough good things about Angelina and the experience we had at this location!
