I got my child a prepaid to see if he handled it responsibly before adding him to the family plan. I got to verizon at 450 do to a horrible storm but when I went to open the door it was locked with 3 people standing 3 feet in front of it shaking heads no. All I needed was the kiosk to pay my child's bill. According to the door they was supposed to close at 5. I had more than enough time. They even still had 3 customers inside. They let one out as I got near my car
