    Last week my phone stopped working. I came to this store to replace it and Justin was incredibly helpful and kind. He walked me through different possible upgrade options, and also walked my plan manager through adjusting our plan over the phone. He was patient the entire time. I was able to replace my phone and set it up in the store. I highly recommend this store.

    The customer service that I received from Boda was above expectations. He gave Starbucks or Chick-fil-A type of service. He made sure I understood my plan, straightened out the mess that the call center had made, and even got me to get the home internet 🤣 I was ready to go to another service when he told me that they were misleading about being able to use my own phone, but he got me a deal on a better up to date one and also followed up to make sure everything went through. I greatly appreciate him and the service he provided 🥰

    The customer service in store as well as over the phone have been terrible to say the least. I have been a customer with them for about 7 months and more months than I can count my service has been disconnected. Not only do they disconnect it but they also add almost a $30 fee. This happens because I’m not always able to make it to the physical building and because I only have home internet and not their mobile service I’m unable to pay my bill online or over the phone. None of the representatives seem to care nor help me with this concern. I have a life long illness and a son with extreme asthma and allergies we should not be made to go to the store every month nor should I be responsible for the disconnection fees. This will absolutely be my last month with Verizon as I have given them plenty of time to rectify the situation with no avail.
