Asked about a function I had heard of to confirm or not and he began to Google it before having to ask some one else. I asked the difference between the models and he said it's just preference and asked which one and band I would like. I told he he hadn't told me any information about the watches and what they do. He then walked away and into the back, I waited for a minute before I left. Would rather drive down to fort mill where I've always had great experiences than return to that kind of customer service.
