When I explained the reason that I was there the Lady at the front desk gave me since second 1 this aptitude and made me feel like she was gonna do me a favor. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. I pay almost $300 each month for the service that you guys provide so I don’t feel like I deserve the way that I got treated today. Long story short, went to the store for help and received nothing but a bad attitude towards me and I left the store so confused about what just happened. I’m considering canceling my account with Verizon because of this.
