    Unbeknownst to me, there are different types of Verizon stores - those that are licensed to sell Verizon services, and corporate stores owned by the company. This particular corporate store rocks. Without going into the whole saga, we established business services through a sales rep at the Belgrade Verizon store - a non-corporate store. After about a month of service we had an issue. We called the sales rep and his phone had been disconnected. Not good. I went to the store and one of the five bros hanging behind the counter said that, yes, the sales rep was no longer with Verizon and they were not able to help me but would have a sales rep call me. Yeah, right. He didn't even ask for my phone number or business name. I had to tell him to write them down. Finally, after no sales rep call, and the inability to work with Verizon customer service because the sales rep had not given us the PIN we needed to verify our account, we'd had enough, jumped through all the hoops necessary (of course the account was setup wrong) and switched carriers. There were two routers though that I couldn't get disconnected. I chatted with a customer service rep who was extremely helpful, very nice and courteous, and who went above and beyond by working with their manager to waive the equipment contract remaining balance since I'd had such a bad experience. Okay, so I kinda went into the whole saga but I'll end it here. I had to go to the corporate store in Bozeman to finalize getting the routers disconnected and I can't say enough about how Sky took the time to work with the corporate business division to ensure that the agreement I made with the customer service rep was honored. Thank you Sky. Everyone at this store is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. If I had worked with them from the start, I might still be a Verizon customer.

    Had to wait a while but when i was helped it went pretty quick and easy and they were very nice was even greeted at door and had public wifi to enjoy while waiting.
