- TMTyrone MonroeDec 12, 20251.0The store does not utilize time wisely. I was there to pick a box for internet services only. Waited one hour before someone address the issue. When I did meet Tabitha, she inform me that they usually mail the box. I informed her that your people instructed me to come into the store to obtain my box after providing two locations. Perhaps Xfinity, you should have different stations; pick up and drop off. Some one to address cell phone and tablets. Just a suggestion!!! Tabitha was very nice and did her best. People hate wasting time!!!

I initially signed up for 2 lines, but due to an error by one of their agents, 3 lines were added to my account. I’m still only using 2 lines, yet I’ve been charged for 3 lines every month for the past 8 months. Despite multiple visits to their store and sending emails, no one has resolved the issue or even responded to my concerns. Their customer service has been completely unhelpful and unresponsive. I’ve wasted time and money trying to fix something that was never my fault to begin with. I strongly advise others to avoid Xfinity Mobile due to their poor service and lack of accountability. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a mobile provider.
