As we were walking in I was stopped and told only 1 customer per account is allowed in the store. I can't even go in and financially agree on a phone with my husband. Whoever made this rule needs to rethink their "new rule" before they lose all their customer base.

Project is over and I am attempting to cancel my account when I find out the sales rep did in fact sign me up for an account. Should I have read the fine print? Sure, but I have NEVER had this issue before with multiple different cable/internet providers across the country over the past 10 years. After speaking with a representative on the phone from a call center (the person who told me I was in a contract), I went to the store again to try and settle it. The lady told me that everyone was new and the associate who helped me originally wasn't even there anymore...I pointed at him and told her, "He's right there..." No help there. They created the problem and had no desire to help fix it. No thanks. Thanks Xfinity associate for the 2 year contract!!! I get to pay a 16 month early termination fee! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THROUGH XFINITY--I urge you not to either!!
