Both the website and the headquarters confirmed that equipment can be returned to the store. However, when we arrived, they told us we needed to take it to UPS ourselves. The employees look surprised when customers walk in, as if they’re not expecting anyone. They don’t handle equipment returns, payments, or account issues, so it’s hard to understand what the store is actually there for, Cellular only? Xfinity is the worst company to deal with, not only for the older generation but for many people. They moved into a new building, but the service hasn’t improved THEY GOT WORSE!!!!.
