- VHValencia HopkinsOct 17, 20251.0I’m extremely disappointed with the Xfinity location in Hattiesburg, MS. Both the website and the headquarters confirmed that equipment can be returned to the store. However, when we arrived, they told us we needed to take it to UPS ourselves. The employees look surprised when customers walk in, as if they’re not expecting anyone. They don’t handle equipment returns, payments, or account issues, so it’s hard to understand what the store is actually there for, Cellular only? Xfinity is the worst company to deal with, not only for the older generation but for many people. They moved into a new building, but the service hasn’t improved THEY GOT WORSE!!!!.

- SKSophie KellyOct 3, 20251.0this is quite possibly the worst Wi-Fi service that I have ever experienced in my entire life. Their customer service needs to all be fired immediately. I had been tricked when purchasing and was charged $75 and the next month charged over $100. I live in a one bedroom apartment and we only use our phones and TVs on Wi-Fi and i told them that. They NEVER told me my price was going to go up. There should be absolutely no reason that I should’ve been spending that much on wifi for a one bedroom. I have used other services in the past and have never been tricked like this. I tried getting in contact with them 5 separate times and they claimed to fix it and then the following month, I was charged the exact same amount again!! I even went in the store and the man said that he fixed it for me. Guess what!? next month… not fixed. this is insane. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Chat support online and over the phone is absolutely terrible and unhelpful. They are scam artists. DO NOT DO IT!

When I visited there were mostly men standing around these "cocktail looking" little tables chatting. When I finally asked someone for assistance, I was told they couldn't help me and I would have to call! I thought I was at a bar the way it looked with everyone just standing around chatting with each other! I won't be back!
