She immediately rolled her eyes as soon as my husband spoke. He tried to tell her the problem and the only thing she did the entire time was to roll her eyes and look at me as if to make fun of my husband a NUMBER of times. Absolutely a terrible attitude! She should be fired! She refused to listen and continued to roll her eyes. She has a real talent for eye rolling but not for working with the public. Rudest person ever!

Then she trouble shoots each step thoroughly. She willingly enlists the help of any staff member that may have a needed expertise. She proactively calls the costumer service and remote offices on your behalf. She is fully transparent and will put the office on speaker phone that way you hear what she hears. And most importantly she is very competent at her job. She understands the details and the fine print. Her willingness and positive attitude shows she fully enjoys her job. I recommend this store. Yet, most importantly ask for Brittany and I guarantee you will have a productive experience.🪽✅💯🙌🏾📲
