I started chatting with Verizon at 8:12am on July 2,2024 and ended at 11:13am about a simple order. I chatted with 7 agents and the 8th one told me to be patient. WHAT??? The 9th agent told me that my order was completed. She advised that I would receive a email when my order was ready in Flowood and my number ported. I received the email and headed to Flowood to pick up my phone. I was told to wait 25 minutes before turning the phone on and I would be good to go MORE LIES!!! I called VERIZON talked with 3 more unprofessional CSR only to be told that my number had never been released from the other carrier. Therefore it was never ported. I am beyond frustrated with VERIZON.
