    So I had to come in and get something done with me phone and Nic helped me within 10mins and I was extremely happy he was able to help me with my issue I was having! If anyone needs help with anything, I highly suggest they go see Nic at this location and all those folks

    Wife went here to get our new phones working after trying to do it over the phone. One employee told her they were not going to help because they will lose out on commission since they don't get any for helping with issues and not selling or signing up customers. Maybe a good cell phone company BUT terrible way to treat NEW customers. And awful customer service. @Verizon.... BTW she said she was not leaving until our phones were working properly.

    I like Verizon, I just hate this store! The last time I came it was to bring two trade-ins. It's hard for me to get there because I'm in a wheelchair. There was a problem with one trade in. The first person said, "nothing i can do." I asked him to call Verizon. He was emphatic. "They won't be able to do anything." I went out to my car and called Verizon and solved the problem myself. I went back in and talked to a different person who took my trade in. Something went wrong so she wrote instructions on what I needed to say to Verizon customer service when I called. They just ushered me out. The location on Kearney is much better. I've been with Verizon for 24 years. I will never come to this location again and will tell as many as well listen, these people love to make money on phones but if you need help after, you're hosed.

    Avoid it, unless you absolutely can't. Be ready to get told all you want to hear, but not a promise made (other than the bill showing up) comes to reality. Sad to say it, but it's true.😟

    Very impressed with the level and quality of help we received getting our cell service transferred and our new phones set up. Dallis went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and answer all our questions and still find us our best options. Would highly recommend using this location and person.
