Unfortunately, I had lost my ID earlier in the day but had a copy of both the front and back. When I presented this to the manager, he responded with a dismissive and condescending attitude. Despite having my PIN and email approval, he refused to sell me the phone, a stark contrast to the accommodating service I received at the Verizon store on South Rangeline. This encounter was highly disappointing and left a negative impression of the North Rangeline location's customer service. It also forced me to search for my ID, which I eventually found at my office under my desk, a somewhat humorous turn of events. However, I found a silver lining. I decided to place my order online and received several benefits: an additional $50 statement credit, discounted accessories, free overnight shipping, and a $150 credit for my old phone. This positive outcome reinforced my belief in the concept of karma. While my in-store experience was unpleasant, the online service more than made up for it, highlighting the advantages of Verizon’s online shopping options.
