Ive been a customer over 20 years. Canceled service & changed internet & cell to ATT saving us $$ and price locked for life not just 3-5 years.

I have called multiple times to cancel the internet service. The reps have stated that I will have to pay full price for the next 30 days and after will be charged a cancelation fee. I asked for the contract that states the cancelation fee and that cannot be provided. I have since asked for a supervisor to call back and 3 different reps state that a supervisor will call within the next hours... <<crickets>> each time. I'm not sure why it's so hard to do business with this company. Businesses and people move and that's not hard to understand. Sometimes it's even within the contract period. As a business owner myself, I treat people with the golden rule-- treat people as you'd like to be treated. I'll update this review, after an acceptable resolution.
