A few months ago my cell phone charging port got broke and despite good credit they not only wouldn't upgrade my phone they wouldn't even sell me a phone at full price. Ive been a customer over 20 years. Canceled service & changed internet & cell to ATT saving us $$ and price locked for life not just 3-5 years.

I've had Xfinity/Comcast Business internet for over 10 years at multiple locations. A few months ago I closed down my office location. I have called multiple times to cancel the internet service. The reps have stated that I will have to pay full price for the next 30 days and after will be charged a cancelation fee. I asked for the contract that states the cancelation fee and that cannot be provided. I have since asked for a supervisor to call back and 3 different reps state that a supervisor will call within the next hours... <<crickets>> each time.
I'm not sure why it's so hard to do business with this company. Businesses and people move and that's not hard to understand. Sometimes it's even within the contract period.
As a business owner myself, I treat people with the golden rule-- treat people as you'd like to be treated. I'll update this review, after an acceptable resolution.

Xfinity does insanely illegal business. I had a contract for 1 year at $80 and they increased it to $150 after 3 months. They are charging me for the highest tier package when I do not have the highest tier package. This company is awful.

I would not give Xfinity any stars if I had my way. Misled and misinformed since day one. TERRIBLE customer service. Do NOT recommend to my dying mouse.

The experience was "A WASTE OF MY TIME" I took in a cable box for an upgraded cable box that was supposed to be delivered to the house and wasn't and received the same exact cable box with the clock on it that barely works half the time, so my experience of my visit to Xfinity was simply this "A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME"
