- JMJen MorganAug 26, 20255.0So I had mixed feelings about Verizon from the start but I upgraded online, picked up my new device in store, got it home tried using smart switch to get my new phone activated with no success. Long story short I ended up going to the Creve Coeur store.... and they were the most down to earth, helpful, patient people! The guy that waited on me had to spend well over 2 hours on hold, back & forth with customer service but he did, with a smile, we joked laughed and got it done! Thanks to the Mgr lady that day also she was just fantastic! You guys are all great thank you so much!!
