What bothered me most is the fact that it was 30 minutes to close and clearly I was making a stop after work to make this happen. He wanted to add me to the account and make more steps than needed for a PAID router. 0/10 on customer satisfaction.

She made me feel very at ease and took care of my concerns efficiently and effectively. I came in to take care of a modem issue which she easily took care of. Then she assisted me with my old phone and she helped me upgrade to a new phone, guiding me each step of the way. In this day and age where customer service and face to face communication is severely lacking, Taylor shines in her extensive knowledge and ability to not just clearly communicate but also connect in an engaging way. Her conversational style and skill in educating made an extremely satisfied customer out of me. She is a jewel to work. I will definitely recommend Your store thanks to my experience with Taylor. I left your store smiling.

She made the suggestion that I could save great amounts of money with Comcast…and she was right. During the process of switching from a competing mobile service, technical glitches occurred that flummoxed everyone EXCEPT Taylor! She problem-solved, communicated with many other resources, and got a major issue completely resolved in person that no one could seem to understand over the phone. Taylor is the best! I have not had a customer service experience like this since 1990’s! Taylor is a credit to Xfinity! Promote her!
