    Xfinity charged me for $255 in "flex box" rentals which were never disclosed to me and was only identified when I moved locations and identified unusual charges on my recurring bill statement, which was forced to be auto-mailed. This was an unauthorized charge, in which the company profited at my expense. My impression, as well as the xfinity store member's who I spoke with recently, is that this was a fraudulent addition to my account, unbeknownst to me, to meet sales numbers during the inception of my account service. This seems to be standard practice by Xfinity; add items to customer profiles via unauthorized methods and destroy trust in order to profit in the short term. When attempting to explain my side and seek store credit, solely to be made whole, not to profit, I have been repeatedly shouted down, ignored, hung up on, and disrespected, with individuals refusing to help because they are being monitored on company lines, and they are fearful of acting like a human and recognizing the fact that a company can take advantage of someone and defile them. Xfinity overall has horrible customer service, a horrible reputation, and they have earned it for a reason. I would not recommend going with their company; if you have an issue, they will fight with you and ignore the trust broken in order to save a buck.

    After accepting a free upgraded cable box, it stopped working within a few days. Had one of their tech's out to my home to fix. He made a new coax cable for me, he also purposely threw the wrapper, the old cable ends, bit of coax wire, on my floor behind my tv. Half way through his 45 min waste of time appointment, he told me I need to sign his Ipad, approving to pay $100 for his visit. He had not even fixed anything yet. Also, during my 57 minutes screwing around on the app getting my appointment setup, NO BODY MENTONED ANY CHARGE FOR THE VIST. When I questioned the tech about this, he told me, if I dont want to agree to the charge, and If I dont have confidence in his work, he will just leave, and he walked out. After another hour on the phone with customer service, they agreed to send a different tech out the following day. They did that. He found the problem before he even entered my home. Once Comcast received my old cable box back , they IN ERROR changed my service back to the old box. Comcast had completely caused the entire issue. What a waste of 6 hours of my life.

    That's what monopoly does they can play with your account without any consequence because they know you can't switch to another company. I signed up for 1Gb service for 1 year and they canceled my plan because I tried to change due date for the billing and raised my monthly payment. This is extortion and they know that I have no choice. End monopolies in MN now.

    I'm finding out when you call customer service, there is NO WAY to get to a live rep. Simply hangs up on you after screwing around for 5-10 minutes. Extremely poor customer service and I have been a customer for 20 years.

    If I could rate this company and place a zero, I would. Alfonzo, the manager, did nothing to help me during my time there. Used his solution vs Xfinity’s solution to the issue I had with Xfinity mobile. Xfinity already gave me a solution and Alfonzo didn’t see through with it. Xfinity mobile is a huge joke. Bunch of deceitful liars who will make you go around in circles and empty promises just so they can move on to the next customer. When they said they have it all on the note, they put down bullshit notes and not about what you had discuss and what was promised. Had one ticket for an issue sit in there queue for one month and was told it would take 24 hours for them to resolve but when contacted, told me it can take 1-2 months to resolve. BIGGEST BS EVER! Made me wait and charged me two months of service just to tell me the solution to the ticket that was put in with a bunch of lies on the note. Then proceeds to spam me with Spanish and other bs spams.
