The asurian customer service said he would call to help me and never did. Very poor customer service. I signed up for Verizon internet and got $51.50 charge, which I had no idea why another line was added. I called asurian cs and told them to cancel the phone line while even they didn't either know or neglected to tell me if I canceled the new phone internet would be also canceled. Im done too many cs issues for my budget. Ughhhh

I went back a couple of days later, and I had more questions. The manager whose name I forgot also was great. He helped me with the newer questions that I had while managing the store.
