- BBBridget “Bridge” Bennett6 days ago1.0Agree with everyone else, don't go there, lies and spams, rid offs deals,used be great companiy with customer service support, price, etc, i used have own account at apartment than moved with elderly mother at moible home park in landfall Terrace moilbe home park, they told me I can't have my own account in my own name, bs. I had one in my bedroom many years til last year. Now they saying they changed policy..bs. they said they can't have the technician staff men come out here fix the electricity and cable boxes for us ladies anymore. More fees and cable charges on billings. Where's lumberjacks squirrels deer? Hiding in woods? Hunting for nuts screw drive in tools get repairs done on time, or something else??? 🤔

The 2 reps in store that I don't have the name (once doesn't have a name badge btw) are the worst reps that I have ever seen. Just because you're asking why you received a bill of $66 when you cannelled service a long time ago and you already paid the remaining and made sure that it was the last one. They FIRED ME from the store because "they don't know how to see your remaining on the system". Please Xfinity, train your reps. We're not paying this much to have rude and disrespectful representatives. I'M NEVER coming back to this company !

Best service I've ever gotten despite everyone else sitting around doing nothing. Acted like a human and not on some bs script. More employees there should be like him!
