Xfinity charged me for $255 in "flex box" rentals which were never disclosed to me and was only identified when I moved locations and identified unusual charges on my recurring bill statement, which was forced to be auto-mailed. This was an unauthorized charge, in which the company profited at my expense.
My impression, as well as the xfinity store member's who I spoke with recently, is that this was a fraudulent addition to my account, unbeknownst to me, to meet sales numbers during the inception of my account service.
This seems to be standard practice by Xfinity; add items to customer profiles via unauthorized methods and destroy trust in order to profit in the short term.
When attempting to explain my side and seek store credit, solely to be made whole, not to profit, I have been repeatedly shouted down, ignored, hung up on, and disrespected, with individuals refusing to help because they are being monitored on company lines, and they are fearful of acting like a human and recognizing the fact that a company can take advantage of someone and defile them.
Xfinity overall has horrible customer service, a horrible reputation, and they have earned it for a reason. I would not recommend going with their company; if you have an issue, they will fight with you and ignore the trust broken in order to save a buck.

I've been going back and forth to the same three branches to correct the error in their system for the last 4 months and it still has not been corrected. But they are still better than T-Mobile so I grin and bear it.

Fit me in short notice on a Saturday because I was afraid I needed my aux battery replaced. Lo and behold, no aux battery needed. They were kind, educated me, showed me everything. And priced very reasonably. 10/10 recommend!

So I had an awful experience today and what could’ve been resolved in person. I had to call customer service to fix the problem that I experience. The folks in the store were unable to understand my needs and failed to meet those not only that they seem very argumentative upon dealing with my situation. I originally would sign it sign up for Comcast cable And I had already had an Internet, so the person who was supposed to sign me up for cable did not do that instead put me on a streaming channel not only that they had the wrong information on my account which they Didn’t fix . The list goes on with problems. I had to call the phone customer service and my experience over the phone was way better. I don’t need that. I got my problem fixed over the phone. What a waste of time to go to this location. They did not help me they were more argumentative and it seemed like they just wanted confrontation I am very upset and as a pregnant woman, it was exhausting and stressful unnecessary at least do your job and try to figure out how to help a customer. If you can’t they should’ve gotten a supervisor or call the supervisor for further assistance they failed to do that in person so I had to do an extra step and call customer service over the phone to fix their problem. I had to reinstate my Internet and get the package that I originally chose which they failed to do in person everything that they could’ve done in person, they did not do. I had to do it over the phone because they failed to do their job. Nevertheless, my experience was awful and stressful. Never do I recommend going here unless you have somebody else a partner to help . This was an awful ordeal.zero stars for this location
