I chose to find a service that values customers' time.

Lamar was doing an amazing job of leading his team and keeping everything under control. Honestly I expected to wait an hour based on how busy it was, and was out in 15 minutes. Lamar, thank you for taking care of business, ur the man.

The staff have immediately greeted me when walking in the door which I considered to be an immediate sign of good customer service. I have come in with what I considered to be challenging or confusing situations, one involving a move and multiple accounts as well as a damaged router from my pet. Every time I have entered the store I have felt the staff to be knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you to Eli who had me in and out of the store in 10 minutes after a long Monday at work. I will choose this location over and over.
