Worse problem is they have customers checked in and Employee's are standing around talking to each other about irrelevant non work stuff! Sitting for hours just to have phone activated is very sad. They call a customer to help them when they feel like it. I will love to switch to At&t business instead of this Bullshit. The guy checking people in today I sure hope is not a manager. What manager allows his employees stress to help alot of people while he stands around and does nothing? Can I have his job just get paid to check people in and do nothing else? VERIZON You guys better do something quick or your going down
