I wasn’t sure it was correct, and making a change to my current contract seemed like a big step I didn’t want to make. I decided to go into the local store instead that evening. Sure glad that I did. The service was grossly mis-represented. It was NOT able to do the feature U was requesting and would cost me an extra $40 month for the next year. The staff at the local Verizon are very helpful, but skip the online liars.
