He went above and beyond to assist me, saving me countless hours on the phone with customer service. From start to finish, he followed through on every detail, demonstrating genuine care and professionalism. Although my situation ultimately led me to leave Verizon, Michael made sure that the appropriate credits were applied to my final bills, which truly meant a lot. If I ever decide to return to Verizon in the future, I will definitely be making sure Michael gets my business. Highly recommend this store and especially Michael for his outstanding service!

Eddy and Orion did an amazing job getting me switched over and explained everything in depth. Even helped me get the phone setup as there was a few issues on the competitors side getting my phone setup. I recommend setting up an appointment with them if you decide to go in. They were helpful and not rude one bit! It was nice to see a busy store with the team keeping customers updated on wait times to ensure that guests aren’t getting angry. Not only that but multiple employees were greeting guests and opening the doors for customers as they finished up with what they came in for. This location is well organized and has an amazing team who understands the needs of customers and isn’t pushy like the competitor phone providers.
