I called and got rescheduled for later in the day and they STILL never showed. Customer service gave me the “next available” appt, 1 week away, and doesn’t understand that my setup needs to be prioritized over existing appts, since they no-showed for mine.

- SCSandy CurryDec 9, 20251.0We had the most disrespectful and not helpful staff members to help us. We bought a new I Phone from Apple and went to have them update our account with the new phone. The woman that greeted us was extremely rude and told us that we needed to go back to Apple to have them help us get our email up and running because :"she needed the email open" to add our new phone. We believed her and tried everything we could to problem solve how to open our email to add our phone. She refused to help us further and then sent us to Best Buy to the Geek Squad to see if they could help with the phone. They were too busy so we went to another Xfinity store in Chanhassen and they were great! They were friendly, welcoming, respectful and it took Marco 5 minutes to add our new phone without ever having to open my email! I asked him why he didn't have to open our email account and he looked perplexed and said "that is not necessary" We were so frustrated and angry about the terrible treatment we received from the store at 12415 Wayzata Blvd Minnetonka. The Xfinity store in Chanhassen was phenomenal and helpful and treated us decently. We are older customers and no one deserves to be treated with such hostility and disdain. We will never ever go back to the Minnetonka Xfinity store due to the wild goose chase they sent us on as older people. Their rudeness all around needs to be looked at. Other friends of ours have also had terrible treatment and customer service from this store!

Nothing is easy, everything is an over charge and/or numerous chats, texts, phone calls to solve the most basic issue. You should never voluntarily use this company for any reason.
