They had absolutely zero product knowledge and ignored everything I said. They said they couldn't offer me a promotion as it was "cancelled" after making me wait an unacceptable amount of time...they wanted to upcharge and get a commission clearly. I'm so glad I didn't give them any of my pertinent personal information. I went home and signed up online and got a WAY better deal than the one they proposed but I have to wait for my phone to be delivered. Save your time and go to ANY other Verizon store.
