Nick is so full of excuses that any issue you may have with Verizon service, he will find a way to blame you for it. Nick came out instead of seth and nothing but hot air. Seth called to see if I needed anything while reviewing my account, I said yes and stated my needs. He said that he'll work on it and call me back. No call back, happened two times last year
