Was met with the most condescending and arrogant staff. Absolutely zero intention to help. It was more of “why are you even here?” vibe. To say I was disappointed would be an overstatement.

I honestly do not recommend doing a transfer of service with them if you are moving. Such a hassle and your bill will go up for whatever unknown reason.
