  Please beware. If you can avoid Xfinity service, do so at all costs. They outsource a majority of their customer service and it makes getting a direct answer or true estimate near impossible. I was suppose to have my bill be $40 for internet and $10 for my phone. I was charged on multiple occasions for a higher internet speed that I did not ask for and multiple times I went in to get an answer. The assistant manager Tyler gave me the run around and caused me to have multiple late fees. I ended up having to go to a “corporate store” to get a real answer and that information was from a different employee not even then assistant manager. That corporate store still couldn’t help me but gave me better direction. I’m finally signed off and done with Xfinity. What a relief. Customer beware.

  Eric was awesome. We had some.complex issues and he addressed them one by one to the best of his ability. He was amazing each time we were there which was 3 times in a week.

  I had a great experience getting my new Xfinity connection. The person who assisted me was polite, helpful, and respectful. He answered all my questions and made sure everything was set up properly. Really appreciated his support.

  The worst company to ever have to deal with. Between AI assistants and a worthless website they are impossible to cut ties with. Do not give them money, do not sign up. Canceling is overly difficult and they will continue to hound you afterwards

  My experience visiting this store was great. First, I had a problem with something related to my address, and Marco and his manager went above and beyond to correct the problem. Then, upon returning to the store, Marco was once again super polite, friendly, and helpful, going the extra mile to keep my child, who was tired, entertained and happy while we finished my service.
