  The people I met, while getting new internet service, were super nice and exceptionally polite—but I felt like I did not get the same information from everyone. Nonetheless, I hooked up service and so far it seems to working well.

  After experiencing frustrating service at the Ridgedale Xfinity store, we made our way to the Eden Prairie location, hoping for a better experience. We had just purchased an iPhone from Apple and needed assistance activating our Xfinity number. Thankfully, Ari stepped in to help us. His support and willingness to assist us, despite the fact that we hadn't bought the phone from him, made all the difference. Unlike our experience at Ridgedale, where we felt dismissed, Ari welcomed us with genuine kindness and patience. It truly felt like a complete turnaround. We are so grateful for his help and understanding. Thank you, Ari, for providing the support we desperately needed! This kind of customer service is truly commendable!

  I don’t like how you conduct business- if I make an appointment to just turn in old equipment and you can’t help me for 15 minutes after my appointment window then you aren’t managing your time or business properly. It’s not asking a lot that the times people set are respected. Also I have been charged A LOT extra for the new equipment that you told me would be FREE so I won’t be staying around much longer as a customer, and I was going to get phone service through you but never mind on that

  My boyfriend and I went to the eden prairie location both Thursday and Friday this week. We were under the impression that we’d be able to trade in/upgrade both of our phones as MARCOS explained to us that we’d be able to do so. Coming in today it was a completely different story. We waited to confirm with him and get the ball rolling, only to find out we’d have pay out of pocket. Two big issues here. Do not give false information to try and get people to come back and give them bad news this to try and up sell. Not only were we told two different things but he made us look so stupid. Highly misleading and frustrating. If never the intent maybe double check your facts/info before spewing nonsense. Will not be coming back.
