Bad cell coverage and terrible customer service. Do not get a Verizon plan if you like being able to make phone calls in your own home because I cannot.

From the woman who checked me in (kind, quick, gorgeous nails), to Sam (knows literally everything but isn’t pushy or braggy about it at all and flows with conversation), to the manager (manages to be everywhere at once and stepped in seamlessly), and the miscellaneous staff who stopped by while I dealt with my multitude of issues - I had a wonderful experience.

Didn't listen just kept telling me it wasn't a Verizon issue was my internet at home and he couldn't fix it. I was referred to this "corporate store" in Eden Prairie to fix by one of your techs on the phone so living in Shakopee so to attempt to get it fixed got a bus into Eden Prairie and they tell me they can do nothing because it's an internet problem not theirs?? So starting next week I'll be looking for a new provider for service after being with Verizon for many years, not a way I expect to be treated. No thanks for your customer service, there is none!
