- WHWilliam Holliday2 days ago1.0Xfinity charged me for $255 in "flex box" rentals which were never disclosed to me and was only identified when I moved locations and identified unusual charges on my recurring bill statement, which was forced to be auto-mailed. This was an unauthorized charge, in which the company profited at my expense. My impression, as well as the xfinity store member's who I spoke with recently, is that this was a fraudulent addition to my account, unbeknownst to me, to meet sales numbers during the inception of my account service. This seems to be standard practice by Xfinity; add items to customer profiles via unauthorized methods and destroy trust in order to profit in the short term. When attempting to explain my side and seek store credit, solely to be made whole, not to profit, I have been repeatedly shouted down, ignored, hung up on, and disrespected, with individuals refusing to help because they are being monitored on company lines, and they are fearful of acting like a human and recognizing the fact that a company can take advantage of someone and defile them. Xfinity overall has horrible customer service, a horrible reputation, and they have earned it for a reason. I would not recommend going with their company; if you have an issue, they will fight with you and ignore the trust broken in order to save a buck.

She's a great representative and deserves a raise. ALSO this store is busy so MAKE AN APPOINTMENT or have patience when you come in. Too many people take out their own issues on customer service reps and if yall keep it up we'll never have a real person to help us.
