When my wife finally was ready to upgrade, they said we had no credit that we were eligible but now we are not and have to re run out credit, but didn't want to admit what happened. Always call customer service to investigate and record your calls. Filed a BBB report knowing the issue couldn't be fixed.

- BBBRUHMPOct 20, 20252.0I don’t typically leave reviews but man I gotta leave a review after today. I came in to upgrade my phone from the older iPhone 13 to the 17. I came in and was greeted by the nice employee, before taking my seat by the tv. During the wait I noticed employees not wearing uniforms and employees with their personal phones and AirPods in WHILE helping customers. When I got helped the representative was nice but mumbled a lot which made it hard to understand what he was saying. Not a huge deal, but the part that irritated me the most was him on his phone THE WHOLE INTERACTION. From start to end, he was texting people, literally not paying attention. I would ask a question and he wouldn’t even look up from his phone just nods his head. Didn’t even get the phone in the end, had to get it delivered.

One employee with his hands in his pockets, with a helpless expression on his face as if to say "I can't do anything until the manager comes over.", another employee playing with the remote to look for a better movie on the display TV, and the other employee and the manager double teaming a customer to upsell a bigger tv bundle. I just wanted to return some equipment; could have been handled under two minutes. Yet it took a half hour. Don't come here expecting efficient service.
