He explained everything in detail with absolutely no pressure. He showed me my plan with a small improvement to make. He was attentive to every detail and very knowledgeable of the phone. I had to wait by my choice to have them transfer everything. In the meantime he helped another customer and the manager Conner came over to me and said he would finish up the phone after everything transferred. He was there one minute before it was complete and made sure everything was in working order. Kudos to you guys for your efficiency! Thanks!
