I called customer service to see if I could take it into the store for an exchange and was told I could. I was greeted right away and assigned to one of the available sales people immediately. I asked if they had a case with more grip that the one sent with the phone wasn't going to work for me. He checked stock and found an Otter case that was better. He noticed I hadn't applied the screen protector and asked if I would like him to install it for me. I agreed then he asked if I needed help transferring from my pixel 6. I said sure then he said they normally charged $29 but noticed our plan was a business account and said there wouldn't be a charge for helping me. The only charge was the difference for the case upgrade. WOW! Real people, real customer service.
