Checked me in. Another associate called my name and said I didn’t need the main box but would still have to pay $12/month for “main service”. Huh? Asked Nate again and he showed the other associate how to handle it. Big fan of Nate. Give him a raise.

- CCChrisSep 13, 20251.0This company has the worst customer service department bar none... I went to the store, told them I had no Internet. A tech person could be scheduled but I would shell out $100 even if it was their equipment at fault. The only way I could get a refund was by calling their customer service number. The last time I called it an AI answering service greeted my call and would not connect me to an actual person for at least 5 minutes. My recommendation. Get Gateway or Starlink. At Gateway you might have to wait a bit before your call is answered, but it's helpful person each and every time. Also, Xfinity's prices for their various TV viewing packages are ridiculous.
