Was told 3 times when I asked would there be any additional charges to my bill. All 3 times I was told no. Well my credit card was charged 143.12 for switching phones. Why couldn't the employee just tell me that. All she kept staying was there will be no additional charges because I was already a customer except for my bill will be $7 more a month for the phone upgrade. It's not even about the money. It's more about why couldn't the employee have said that when I asked 3 times about any additional charges.

I came in to return my old WiFi router after being issued a new one and was very pleasantly surprised with the speed and friendliness of the service provided. The employee (unfortunately I forgot her name) I interacted with made the transition quick, painless, and very pleasant! I will definitely be returning here for any of my future Xfinity needs.

I also was going to get a new phone and I'd get $400 off a new phone that I wanted to upgrade too for being a loyal customer. So we were told one thing by one person and had to come back a few days later and we're told another thing from another person which was just very frustrating. Then they told us we'd have to wait another 3 months for some reason when I've been a loyal customer for over 5 years. I just gave up at that point and said forget about.
