As someone who has been a loyal Verizon customer for 17 years, I expected a standard of service that was not met during my interaction with the Apple Valley team. I traveled two hours to reach this location, hoping to resolve significant issues with my phone not working and needing eSIMs fixed and plan adjustments, including a misassigned phone number that they provided me that was someone else’s and technical challenges stemming from a security breach. However, instead of receiving the assistance I desperately needed, I was met with dismissive behavior and a clear lack of willingness to help. One representative explicitly conveyed that their priority was sales, stating, "the only way I put food on the table is selling stuff here not this" suggesting that troubleshooting, connecting eSIM to phone and account support were not part of their responsibilities. This approach was both unprofessional and unhelpful, especially given the urgency of my situation. Thankfully I stream and record everything I do I have it all. Despite my request to purchase new devices and obtain necessary support for my complex plan, which includes multiple lines for family use, I encountered an unwillingness to engage or provide any meaningful solutions. This lack of service and empathy at a critical time greatly amplified my challenges and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. I strongly advise against visiting this location if you require any assistance beyond purchasing items—they "only sell items," which you can easily do online. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with greedy, disrespectful employees and opt for other channels to meet your needs or better don’t shop Verizon. I hope management takes swift action to address these deficiencies and improve the customer experience.
