Today I went in to upgrade my phone because it hasn’t been working,, only with WiFi, so I decided to upgrade early. OMG was that a mistake! For 1, I feel like maybe 1 or 2 people actually know what their doing here, and 2 I waited for 2 hours or more to get a new phone that was considered “lost” or “stole” in their system!!!! I went thru the whole process to be told that and that god knows how much longer it would take. I had to go, I had a ride that I didn’t want to miss. So, I left with no phone and NO HELP! The manager said they didn’t have a store phone number for this store and I got no managers name. This location SUCKS and I will be getting rid of Xfinity all together here very soon! I’ve had them for 4 years, and this is complete BS. Also, there are NEVER enough people working here either, it’s a whole days event to even visit this store. I would visit any other location BUT this one
