    I had a wonderful experience in purchasing a phone for my daughter at this store. She needed all of her data transferred from her Android to her new iphone and Ray the manager did the transfer very quickly and everything transferred over completely. My autistic daughter was so happy and Ray provided the highest level of customer service. I will definitely do all of my Xfinity business at this store.

    The manager was Soo kind and was so welcoming. We did come in like 30 minutes or so before closing I don't remember exactly but he was very patient with my dad and me since my dad's English was not at fluency level. We got our 2 new phones shipped to us and we are So excited to receive those. We will specifically go to this location whenever we concern ourselves with going to Xfinity!

    If I could, I would rate this store zero stars. During my visit for Xfinity Mobile issues, I found my representative to be unfriendly, unhelpful, and lacking professionalism. Instead of offering meaningful support, they provided only minimal and unfocused troubleshooting, then directed me to call their 800 number for further assistance. After that, I was largely ignored for the remainder of my visit, and after an hour and a half, my issue was still unresolved. Based on this experience, customer satisfaction does not appear to be a priority at this location. I recommend seeking help elsewhere for Xfinity Mobile concerns.

    DO NOT COME to this location at all costs. The employees- from manager and other people, know nothing and are very rude. First time they messed up my autopay. But I let it go. Second time (also my last time) in store,I waited for 3 hours for them to port in my phone number. Why? Because the manager put in the wrong account number. Instead of acknowledging it, he insisted it was because my account number is wrong. I called my previous phone carrier service and they verified 3 times that the account number is correct. Then the manager told me there is nothing he can do. Eventually they gave me a customer service phone number (more useful than all employees in store combined). I don't know why they didn't do that earlier but instead wasted my time in asking me to verify the account number 3 times over more than 2 hours. Eventually customer service via the phone solved the issue. And the issue? The manager put in the WRONG number. Afterwards, I tried to communicate with store employees in a good manner that they should be more careful and professional next time. They still insisted that they were right. MY GOD. How ridiculous???? All they have is HUGE EGO and nothing else. No professionalism, no friendliness. Honestly this store should close and these people should be fired. I live close to the area but I'll not be sad at all if this store closes. I'd rather go somewhere further for my service than having a bunch of arrogant idiots wasting my time.

    I had a negative experience at this location this afternoon. I came in to inquire about paying off my balance and transferring my account to a new address. After a few minutes of gathering information, I advised the associate that I would be returning the old equipment that I had with me to the Xfinity location on Oak Valley Drive because according to her, they are a corporate location and can handle more task. She said that was fine, and we continued talking about service options. A moment later, she printed out a receipt and said she had returned one of my items. I asked her why she did that, and she said it did not matter where I returned it because it would have to be returned anyway for me to receive a credit on my account. I asked to speak to her manager (who was standing next to us the entire time and heard every bit of this transaction) and let him know that I did not authorize any returns. He had the same stance as her, that it didn’t make a difference. He also corrected the other misinformation that his associate gave me. Customer service is dead. It saddens me that employees can make unauthorized decisions on our accounts and then argue us down instead of taking accountability for their actions. They must receive some sort of benefit or recognition for marking returns. I advise everyone in the Ann Arbor area to do business with the location on Oak Valley drive. They are decent people that care about their customers and their community.
